Holistic Therapy
Sometimes what we're carrying can't be fully reached through conversation alone. You might understand your situation perfectly, you've thought it through, talked it through, perhaps even worked through it before and yet something still feels unresolved. Heavy. Present in your body in a way that words haven't been able to touch.
This is where holistic counselling and energy healing comes in.
True healing happens on multiple levels, conscious and subconscious, mental and emotional, physical and energetic. When we work with all of these layers together, we stop treating symptoms and start reaching the root. The result is a depth of transformation that talking alone simply cannot access.
This work is for you if you are navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, grief, or emotional blocks that keep resurfacing. If you feel out of balance, disconnected from yourself, or like you're going through the motions without really feeling alive in your life. If you've tried other approaches and felt like something was still missing. Holistic sessions meet you wherever you are and work with all of you — your mind, your body, your emotions, and your spirit.
The shifts that come from this work can be quietly life-changing. Clients experience a release of long-held tension and emotional pain, greater clarity and self-awareness, a calmer nervous system, improved sleep, and a growing sense of peace, balance, and connection to themselves. Many describe leaving sessions feeling lighter — more grounded, more themselves — than they have in years.
Every session begins with a counselling conversation at your own pace — a space to share what's present, explore what's been coming up, and set the intention for the healing work ahead. This is where we uncover the root causes of what you're facing and begin to make sense of them together.
From there, we transition into the energy healing. You'll lie comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed, as I work to clear blockages, balance your energy field, and engage directly with your limbic system, vagus nerve, fascia and nervous system to facilitate deep healing. Guided breathwork and relaxation ease you into a state of calm, allowing your body to open to the process.
During this phase, I guide you through a subconscious process of acknowledgment, feeling, and release — moving through the layers of emotion, fear, and stored energy that have been contributing to your challenges, and restoring harmony across your physical and energetic bodies.
We close every session with a debrief — sitting together to reflect on what emerged, integrate the experience, and ensure you leave feeling supported, grounded, and clear. Where relevant, I may offer practices to continue the healing between sessions, whether that's breathwork, meditation, journalling, or inner child exercises.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Every session is tailored entirely to you — your story, your body, your needs in that moment. You will always be met with compassion, without judgement, and without rush.
